TRUST BUILDING SERVICES is 100% committed to being proactive and responsive to all our customer’s needs. When the need for change presents itself, we have established guidelines to aid us in making transitions quickly and productively.
When TRUST is hired to clean a facility, we have agreed to develop a program to consistently maintain and service without excuse or explanation. We believe by utilizing superior customer service, we can identify possible deficiencies and relay them in the form of additional training directly to the cleaners.
Our customer service representatives are dedicated to responding to requests, and seeking out potential shortcomings before they surface. We make every attempt to physically inspect each facility on a regular basis and report findings back to facilities managers.
In addition, through superior buying power, TRUST has the ability to offer expendable products such as handtowels, toilet tissue, can liners etc., at a lower cost to our customers.
